I was very excited and honoured to be invited to Hotham Hall Estate before it opened for weddings in 2025 to work with an amazing group of creatives, all perfectly planned by the amazing Lyndsay from LW Events. I’ve worked with Lindsay on a recent wedding in North Yorkshire and so I knew that her attention to detail and her eye for style, romance and editorial elegance was on another level! I was thrilled that she was taking the lead for Hotham Hall Estate on this sunny Thursday in September.

The weather had planned the most perfect day for us with blue skies and warm sunshine followed by the most golden lit evening across the courtyard that reflected all the beautiful blush and yellow tones of Hotham Hall itself.

The table scape had been planned as if it were touched by gold in stunning colours; nude, gold and burnt oranges. The styling was perfect and somewhere between simple, luxurious, tasteful and stunningly beautiful and this was all perfectly interpreted by the florals from Forge Events and also in the amazing cakes from Where the Ribbon Ends.

I’m still on a cloud somewhere at Hotham Hall Estate reliving this day and these photos really take me back there. I can’t wait to be back again when they open their doors for some very special weddings in the coming months.
